Use CCTV to Count People
Our systems count people by monitoring video pictures from CCTV cameras positioned above entrances, across corridors or in public transport. Intelligent people counting devices (called "Video Turnstile") automatically detect people in the pictures and accurately log numbers entering and leaving. Counts are either sent to your computer or displayed on an occupancy meter.
- Count people passing through one doorway or
through many hundreds. - Small scale, large scale and multi-site
installations. - Distinguish between adults and children.
- You can set up each counting device according
to local conditions: bright sunlight,
shadows, crowds, shopping trolleys, etc. - Use any Windows software to analyse data:
software dedicated to counting people or
off-the-shelf software like Excel. - Count people per hour, per day: however
you want. - Monitor queuing or browsing times.
- See live counts.
